HOW IT WORKS:
- Two deadlift days. Primary day to push volume and intensity. Secondary to hammer weaknesses and hone technique.
- Powerbuilder style program. Most body parts will be trained 2x a week. One heavy weight, low rep day. And, a light weight, high rep day.
- RPE based. Auto-regulation from week to week as you push yourself aggressively.
- Intermediate to Advanced program.
