Get Started - Training Program
This is program is designed to help beginners become confident in performing the main barbell movements. Upon completion, you should be prepared to start any other fitness program or barbell sport.
How It Works:
- There are only 3 training days so it doesn't take much time and you can recover faster.
- Lots of practice with lighter weights and tempo to help you master your body and the movements.
- The 12 week program consists of 4 Waves, with each Wave focusing on a particular goal.
- It's a digital program that is downloaded for easy access on a phone or tablet.
